The Nasogenian Furrow originates mainly by two causes, the first one by the flaccidity when descending the middle zone of the face and secondly by the loss of volume in the middle third of the face (malar zone). It is best to approach the treatment by the cause that has originated it, combining different treatments.
If the case is due to flaccidity, we will use a treatment with reaffirming infiltrations and reaffirming products making a containment mesh, in this way we will elevate the middle zone of the face and improve the Nasogenian furrow.
If it is due to a loss of volume in the same furrow, caused by gesticulation or mimicry, we will inject medium density Hyaluronic Acid to elevate the depressed area of the furrow.
No, but in AVANTwell Medical we will apply a topical anaesthesia in the area to reduce the discomfort.
The treatment will last about 1 hour counting the time of anaesthesia.
With the one you want, all of them are suitable.
The inflammation does not usually last more than 24-48 hours, produced by the injection itself, but the result is worth it.
The effects usually last around 6 months, and afterwards, to maintain the result, the area will have to be injected again.
Do not sunbathe, put on sunscreen, do not do physical exercise, saunas or solariums for 24 hours after treatment.
